  • Repeated outreach: Every patient hears from her via three contact methods—call, text, and email—three days in a row, ensuring no one slips through the cracks
  • Meeting patients where they are: Even though email may be increasingly less popular among patients, she keeps it in the mix for the patients who prefer outreach there
  • Patient centered follow up: Asks patients for requested callback time and honors consistent follow up per their availability

Brittany’s secret? She makes patients feel heard.

"They just want to know that you’re a real person and that you’re taking them seriously,” she shared.
