Red Bird: April Site Staff of the Month

April Site Staff of the Month: Haley LeFever, Red Bird Clinical Research
A Power Preferred Site Spotlight
At Power, we’re honored to work alongside research sites that go above and beyond in their commitment to patients. This April, we’re proud to recognize Haley Lefever of Red Bird Clinical Research as our Site Staff of the Month.
A former Olympic athlete, Haley brings the same discipline, adaptability, and drive to her work screening patients for CNS clinical trials. Now part of a Power Preferred site, she exemplifies what makes a site truly outstanding: curiosity, collaboration, and consistent follow-through.
What sets Haley apart:
- Coachability and continuous learning: Haley approaches every task with a thoughtful mindset—asking “Why are we doing this a certain way?” to better understand processes and consider alternative approaches where appropriate. Continuously learning from her team and best practices shared by Power, allows Haley to be increasingly effective in screening patients.
- Thoughtful patient communication: Whether calling or messaging, Haley said she aims to add a personal touch. Making the patient feel heard while asking all neccesary questions is a fine line but leads to the most effective screening.
- Operational readiness: Haley aims to keep study protocols and materials on hand, allowing her to screen patients quickly and accurately.
- Team-oriented approach: Haley welcomes new ideas from colleagues and contributes actively to shared strategies—strengthening Red Bird’s overall performance. Working as a team allows site staff to collaborate on best practices.
Red Bird Clinical Research continues to set the standard in patient engagement and operational excellence.
Favorite Feature on Power
